Description
The model GKSh-400UM is designed to handle sucker rods with rated sizes Ø16 mm(5/8"),Ø19 mm(3/4"),Ø22 mm(7/8"),Ø25 mm(1") and tubing with an outer Ø48 mm(1.89"),Ø60 mm(2 3/8"),Ø73 mm( 2 7/8"),Ø89 mm(3 1/2").
Features
- This tong is the next step in the development of the GKSH-300 model. To ensure the tong performance with a higher torque, the following features have been upgraded;
- The load-resisting elements were reinforced. In this case, the tong weight is no more than 150 kg, and with a manual backup - 170 kg;
- Increased torque;
- The design of the hydraulic tong allows to change the position of the inner ring(in assembly with the jaws) depending on the desired direction of rotation;
- Adjustable valve provides the specified torque, which is controlled by the built-in pressure gauge.
