Hydraulic Power Tong GKSh-3200

Description

The model GKSh-3200  handles a range of pipe sizes from Ø60 mm (2 3/8") up to ∅178 ìì (7"). In two-speed unit, required torque and speed are achieved by mechanical gearbox. Tong position is regulated by hydraulic cylinder with a piston stroke of 1000 mm. According to GOST 15150 climatic version is UKHL1. Designed for moderately cold climate with ambient temperatures -40 to 50 °C. 

Features 

  • Extended range of gripped pipe sizes (from Ø60mm (2 3/8") up to ∅178 ìì (7"));
  • Door interlock prevents tong from operating while door is open;
  • Gear-type Hydraulic Motor FM 40.109 (Italy);
  • Tong position in height is regulated by hydraulic cylinder;
  • In order to compensate reactive torque and ensure slip-free operation used hydraulically controlled backup;
  • Adjustment valve allows to preset torque, which is controlled by the built-in pressure gauge;
  • Can be installed an electronic torque gauge with recording data to removable media;
