Hydraulic Power Tong GKSh-5000

Description

Hydraulic Power Tong GKSh-5000 is designed to handle a range of casing sizes from Ø102 mm (4") up to Ø508 mm (20").

Manufactured for operation in areas with moderately cold climate, category 1 as per GOST 15150-69 (-45 to 50 °C).

Features

This hydraulic tong is the next step in the development of the GKSh 4000. To ensure the tool operation with a higher torque, reinforced jaws were applied.
The two-section hydraulic motor and manual gearbox provide four different torque ranges at the same fluid pressure from 0 to 190 bar. The coverage by the jaws along the entire circumference reduces tubular damage to thin-walled pipes.
