Description
GKSh-5000GZU Hydraulic Power Tong is designed for a quick, safe and accurate make-up and break-out of casing pipes.The hydraulic power tong is intended for gripping pipes with an outer diameter varying from Ø102 mm (4") to Ø508 mm (20"), the hydraulic backup is intended for gripping pipes with an outer diameter varying from 102 mm (4") to Ø451 mm (17 3/4").
The climatic modification is NF1 as per GOST 15150-69,ambient air temperature during operation is from -45°С to +50 °С.
Features
This hydraulic power tong is an upgraded version of GKSh-5000 and GKSh-5000GZ. In order to maintain the higher torque of this modification, we strengthened the jaws, thickened the body components and implemented a hydraulic motor with an increased volume and higher torque.
