Description
GR50.000.000 Proportional Spool Control Valve is designed to control the liquid fed by the hydraulic power unit towards the consumer (hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders, etc.). The Control Valve controls the start, stop and direction of the flow.The Proportional Spool Control Valve is intended for a hydraulic system with a constant or controllable pressure depending on the modification.
The Proportional Spool Control Valve is comprised with units. The number of integrated sections can reach 10.
The spool section is equipped with a compensator to allow simultaneous operation of several sections. The section design has three available modifications:
- fluid feed with no pressure control;
- fluid feed with set max pressure;
- fluid feed with electroproportional pressure control; The spool section maximum flow rate ranges between 40 and 270 l/min.
The hydraulic control valve maximum flow rate is 350 l/min. The maximum pressure is 420 atm. Proportional spool control valves are applied in portable hydraulic systems, such as cranes, hoists, construction and mining equipment, drilling rigs or marine machinery.
